This wild rice has been hand harvested by the Dittberner's and our friends in the central lakes of Minnesota. Our rice is collected on natural fresh water lakes. It is processed over a wood fire giving you the best tasting and fastest cooking wild rice. Wild rice is very high in protein and goes well with any holiday or year round meal.
