Here Comes Christmas!
October 13th, 2008That may sound crazy, as we haven’t even celebrated Halloween yet. But for the employees here, Christmas season has already started. Our manager, Lowell, is working on getting the fliers ready for the huge mailing we send out every year, and has already received a call from someone in New York wanting to buy a Fraser fir Christmas tree! Amazing!
I’ve taken a few trips into our Christmas shop and am totally amazed at the decorations they have in there this year. Lisa is really doing a beautiful job getting everything ready (and boy how she’s working!). I love going in there because I always seem to find something exciting and new. Today my eye was drawn to this really sweet little birch bark mill. I had to take a picture to share it. It’s so cute! We’ve carried quite a few birch bark things (houses, animals, baskets and shelving) in the past and they have been so popular that we’ve been looking for more.
It’s always quite exciting when the Christmas season starts.
